Heading back down to the Craftster video vault to pull out this Halloween-Fall gem. I still have these pumpkins and I'm planning on using them for my Thanksgiving table. This craft is very simple but you have to be very delicate with the napkins, They can easily rip and when you decoupage them, it can be a bit messy. The above pattern napkins I got from Ikea. Have fun and create these pumpkins to fit your style.

Tie One On Tuesday
Labor day ushers in the unofficial end to summer, but it also means it's the unofficial beginning of fall. I love fall. The weather is slightly cooler, the air smells different and I get to snuggle up with my favorite OMP and pups. When there is a slight crispness in the air, these cocktails will warm you up.
Add pumpkin to just about anything and you have a fall drink. The Old Fashion is no exception.
Pumpkin Old Fashion
3 tbsp. pumpkin puree
1 ½ oz. bourbon
1 oz. maple coffee flavoring
½ oz. Grand Marnier
2 dashes bitters
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and strain out the liquid. Pour into an old fashion glass and drink up!
The weather getting cooler always makes me a bit sleepy but I even have those nights were getting to sleep is a little rough. A hot coconut milk beverage is just what the kittykill ordered.
Hot Coconut Milk
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 oz. bourbon
vanilla extract to taste ( I like about 1-2 teaspoons)
Heat sugar, milk and vanilla over high heat, stirring with a whisk until you begin to see bubbles or froth, take off heat and add bourbon. Pour into a mug, garnish with cinnamon and enjoy.
The other great taste of fall is cranberry. The tartness against the spice is like a party in your mouth.
Cranberry Party
2 oz. cranberry juice
2 oz. spiced rum
Ice
pour cranberry juice and rum over ice and serve. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! This one is super easy and just perfect after a long day.
Fall is a perfect time to try new things and give old recipes a little kick in the pants. Time to sit back, watch the leaves change and sip a toasty beverage.
