Bottomless Offee...Our's is the best!

I decided to play hooky today and meet my friend Angie for breakfast at Top O' the hill cafe. This place was awesome. It was built in 1926 and the decor is pretty much still the same. I had a veggie omelet that was so yummy and the owner loves The Big Lebowski. How can you go wrong? So, if you are ever in Aurora, Oregon. Stop by. The waitstaff was super sweet and are always willing to fill up your cup of "offee"

You can't really see it but it's a sign for Needy, Oregon. How do you get to Needy? Well, you take a left at Clingy avenue. Go straight on You never call me anymore lane and cross over Why don't you love me and you're there.

I got poked!

I got acupuncture for the first time today. I have been having really bad migraine headaches and the doctor told me they were stressed related. So, I went in a got poked. It was AMAZING! Seriously, if you have never had it, get it done. I have never felt so calm and at peace with the world. I haven't felt this euphoric since I was a kid.

Laying in the sun

It was such beautiful weather that I decided to lay in the grass and take a nap. I just got me a "hand me down" camera and decided to take pictures of the wonderful sunshine.

A month of blogging

One of the things on my 101 list is to blog everyday for a month. I'm a few day behind but I am going to try to do it. I am also trying to be a vegitarian. So far so good (granted it has only been a few days but Hey, I'm doing it). Trying to find foods that I like is the hard part.

Shag for a friend.

I did this for a very special friend of mine. It is eventually going to be a pillow. The white stitching is actually glow in the dark. She loves Shag's art work so I thought I would give her a pillow. I almost scrapped it but with the hubby's encouragement, I kept going.

Tattoo swappy goodness

So, I joined the tattoo swap on Craftster (one of my favorite places on Earth! If you haven't checked it out, you should. www.craftster.org) Here are the goodies that I made amyracinrose. I really hope she likes them. I had so much fun making everything.


First, an iron on shirt-pretty simple and really doesn't need an explanation.

Second, a Sublime Stitching tattoo pin up pillow. I need to take a better picture, but there is some beading on there and it says "cutie" in the heart. She loves "candy" colors so I did them in pinks and blues.

This last one is of resin coasters. The images are fabric and they are resined over. I was a little worried about how dark they turned out but I really like them. I'm thinking I might make a set for myself.
