ANYWAY, even though you and I are not students, the "Students Vegetarian Cookbook" by Carole Raymond is a good cookbook. It doesn't use a lot of "weird" ingredients like seiten or other weird and mysterious meat substitutes. I've made a handful of the recipes as was pleased with all but one. Nava Atlas also has some good cookbooks, I like her 'family' vegetarian cookbook because it has lots of great vegetarian/vegan baking recipes.
