One thing that I absolutely love about Craftster is the fact there are so many talented people who are willing to share their recipes and crafty ideas. This month's video was just the case, MareMare shared her awesome recipe for lotion bars with me. They are fabulous!
The recipe is pretty easy to follow. You will use equal parts of the following items:
1 part shea butter
1 part cocoa butter (I used scented and the whole house smelled like a chocolate factory, you can buy unscented)
1 part olive oil
1 part bees wax
The molds I used were a combination of soap molds and candy molds. The fancy hearts and squirrels were candy molds.

Aww yeah, this is the good stuff! I can attest because I have some of these very same soaps made by your hostess, Pam Kittykill and it's on my skin as I type these words! Friendship has it's benefits! The lotion bars are fab and don't leave you greasy, just soft and smooth and wonderful, especially on dry winter skin. Thanks, Pam!! Luv u, grrl!
Yuppers! These things rock! They're now in my Make Someday hopper!
